Return Policy Kimbella Buckman Art

Because Kimbella Buckman Art is a very small business with limited resources, we have chosen to only accept reprints due to a printing error, a misprint, damage to the canvas or product. In this case we will not refund your money but we will do a reprint of the product for you. To implement a reprint, we will need a photo of the problem, either damage, misprint, printing error. The photo along with the explanation of what the photo shows will be sent to our printing company for them to review and give us the go ahead on reprinting the item. We apologize, but we are not able to refund any money due to ordering the wrong size, not liking it in the room you chose to hang it, or any other reason other than those stated above. Kimbella Buckman or Kimbella Buckman Art are held harmless from any and all damage in transit. We strive to insure our products are package and mailed to you with the utmost care and packaging, so we really have not had a problem with transit thus far.
